Chair yoga, is a gentle style of yoga you can do from a (mostly) seated position that also incorporates the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional class. If you have mobility issues, are recovering from surgery or are just looking for a few stretches you can do that simply feel good, this chair yoga series can be a great addition to your daily routine.
*There will be no class Tuesday, November 22nd.
