Attention Walkers!

CHS Parks and Rec Feb 2017Charleston County Parks and Recreation Commission recently opened up the Mullet Hall Equestrian Center trails for hiking. Our good friend and neighbor, Ken Otstot, reports there are 20 miles of wide, easy walking trails.

Before you go, check the website (go to www.ccprc.com and click on Mullet Hall Equestrian Center) for specified closings or alerts. You should also print a copy of the trail map to take with you.

Mullet Hall is located off River Road at 2662 Mullet Hall Road. Take the second entrance on the left and pull up to the fence. Sign in at the trail head and leave a dollar per person. There are restrooms just beyond the tree line on the left for your convenience.

These are beautiful walking trails so close to us here in Seabrook. No cars and bicycles to dodge–just horses! Enjoy!
