Jamie teaches Water Aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am, Deep Water Aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 pm
and Water Fit on Wednesdays at 12:15 pm

Q1: What is one interesting fact about you that would surprise people?
Jamie: I twirled the baton in a majorette company for 10 years beginning at the age of 2.
Q2: What is your favorite post workout meal?
Jamie: Grilled chicken lettuce wraps with fresh salsa.
Q3: What has been your favorite fitness certification?
Jamie: Water Aerobics was my first certification and remains my favorite.
Q4. If you could take any certification that you don’t currently have, what would it be?
Jamie: A nutrition certification would be awesome to help others, as well as myself, make healthy choices.
Q5: Who is someone that inspires you on a regular basis and why?
Jamie: My husband, Van inspires me every day to be, do, and give my very best. He is a happy guy with a constant smile (and adorable dimples) that I am honored to have as my best friend and daily inspiration.
