Governor McMaster, at a press briefing at 2:00 pm, is delaying the final decision on evacuation orders until the next Hurricane update at 5:00 pm.
He has also rescinded part of the executive order that requires mandatory evacuation for medical facilities. Beaufort, Colleton, and Jasper are still under mandatory evacuation for healthcare facilities.
