For those of you not on Seabrook Island, the weather is very windy with lots of rain, but we still have electricity.
They are expecting a very large band of rain in the next 10 – 15 minutes according to NBC Charleston, Channel 2. Rain levels can reach 3 – 6 inches.
We are expected to have sustained winds from 30 to 40 mph. Gusts can reach 55 mph.
If you are on the island, you are cautioned not to go anywhere if you don’t have to. There is still a flooding and tornado risk today. Remember, as little as 12′ of flooding water can float a car.
