Free Yoga Class with Patti Romano begins Monday, October 9th.
Give yourself permission to slow down and settle into your body and breath in this all-levels class. Creative evening sequences focus on stretching the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back – all areas that accumulate tension in daily life. The act of focusing on exactly what you’re doing in your body and breath will help slow down the momentum of your mind, preparing you for a restorative night’s rest.
