Beginning February 6th, Evening RideSBI with Sarah Mae will move to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays!
Instructor Sarah Mae will lead you through climbs, descents, sprints, and rhythm riding. Accompanied by a high energy playlist, rides span 45 minutes delivering a high energy cardio workout. Effective, calming stretching concludes the class leaving you feeling stronger and invigorated.
Rides are open to all fitness levels with targeted instruction in a welcoming and energetic environment.
Please note, there is no preregistration for this class. Bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis.
