Stormwater Pipe Rehabilitation Update

The stormwater pipe lining work is progressing on schedule.  We have completed approximately 6,000 linear feet of the 9,500 linear feet of pipe scheduled to be lined.

For those that are not familiar, the picture above shows the lining work in progress.  The white felt tube is soaked in resin and then inserted into the existing pipe by being filled with water.  The water is then heated to 160 degrees to cure the resin and form a new pipe within the existing pipe.  This work is scheduled to be completed by the end of May.
