Sippin’ Sangria on the Stono- April 29

Sippin’ Sangria on the Stono is presented by the education committee of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League to benefit the David and Karen Stahl Memorial Music Scholarship

Sunday, April 29, 2018
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Make sure your name is in the paella pan by making a reservation now. Go to csolinc.org., click on “events” and then “Paella Party”. Cost is $65 per person. Your name will then be on the list at the check-in that day. (No tickets will be issued.)

The site of this marvelous Spanish party is The Island House on Swygert Rd, Johns Island (just off River Road, between Maybank and Main – look for the brass propeller).

Not only will you experience authentic paella, you will be served sangria and other Spanish wines. Music entertainment will be furnished by Tony (CSO First Trumpet) and a guitarist. Watch the sun set on the Stono River.

There will be a raffle of specially imported Spanish items!

By attending, you will be supporting the David and Karen Stahl Scholarship Fund. This special scholarship goes to a high school senior entering college in the fall who intends to study music.
