Who should attend: Seabrookers who are interested in learning about Xfinity’s newest Entertainment Operating System, X1. It is an interactive platform that combines universal search results from live TV, On Demand programming, and DVR recordings, in addition to personalized recommendations, apps, and even Netflix.
Topics covered: There will be a live demo of X1 as well as how to use the channel guide, apps, and cloud-based DVR system, troubleshooting, helpful hints, resetting your equipment, looking for network outages, and scheduling tech appointments.
The presentation will feature a live demo and conclude with a Q&A session about X1 features.
