Today’s Post & Courier Real Estate Supplement had a feature story written by Jim Parker on Charleston beach towns. In discussing real estate sales, it said that Seabrook Island’s median prices “ballooned 37.1% in 2017 to $480,000 according to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.” The article went on to say that “Seabrook Island posted the largest year-to-year jump in sales to 197 last year.” Read the entire P & C article.
