New Class starting October 1: Pilates with Kelly Bowling
This class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 pm
We are super excited to have Pilates taught by Kelly Bowling return to The Lake House in October. This class will provide a full body workout with an emphasis on “core” stability which tones abs and strengthens the back.
Pilates is part of the monthly fitness schedule and is included in the Monthly Class Pass.
Join Kelly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 pm for Pilates beginning October 1, 2018.
