The Lake House hosted another great Sprint Triathlon Relay today, November 24, 2018. Despite the flooded roads, foggy conditions and no-see-ums, this family-friendly event went off without a hitch.
Ten teams participated with three members per team. Several of the teams were returning from previous years. One person on the team swam 12 laps (24 lengths/600 yards.) Another person biked twice around the island (7.1 miles). The last leg was an out and back 3.1 mile run to Freshfields.
