We just received notification from Mike Gorski of Island Transportation today, April 2, at 11:40 am, that there is another major accident on Highway 17 between Main Road and I-526, near the Clemson Coastal Research facility.
If you are heading on or off the island, it is recommended that you avoid Highway 17.
