CCPRC: Cast Off Fishing Tournaments

Come out to the Mount Pleasant Pier and the Folly Beach Pier for a season of fishing tournaments!

Part of the Memorial Waterfront Park complex, the 1250-foot long Mount Pleasant Pier stretches out into Charleston Harbor under the foot of the Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Bridge. Along with beautiful views, the pier offers great fishing!

The Folly Beach Pier is one of the best destinations in the Lowcountry for pier fishing. This breathtaking landmark stretches out 1045’ into the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and offers spectacular views, fishing, dining, tournaments, special events, and more throughout the year.

2019 Tournament Dates:

  • May 11, Mount Pleasant Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • May 25, Folly Beach Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • June 8, Mount Pleasant Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • June 22, Folly Beach Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • August 31, Folly Beach Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • September 7, Mount Pleasant Pier from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • September 28, Folly Beach Pier from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • October 5, 7 Mount Pleasant Pier from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tournament Fee & Registration:

  • No preregistration required.
  • Adults (ages 13+): $10
  • Military: $9
  • Youth (ages 3-12) & Seniors (ages 60+): $8
  • Fishing Pass Members: $5
  • Adult chaperone is required for participants ages 15 and under

Prize Categories:

  • May 11 & October 5: Adult Male, Adult Female, Senior 60+, Youth 12 & Under, Best Five Fish
  • All Other Dates: Big Fish One, Big Fish Two, Big Fish Three, Youth 12 & Under, Best Five Fish
