A Settlement Agreement has been reached between the Town of Seabrook Island and the developers of the Senior Living Facility to be located on Seabrook Island Parkway at the property across from the Marina entrance and abutting Freshfields. The Agreement concerns the encroachment permit the developers will need from the Town to proceed with the project. In July 2018 the developers made application to the Town for the permit, and the Town responded with a list of items to be satisfied before the permit would be granted. In addition to commenting at the Public Hearing, residents may submit comments online prior to the Public Hearing. The online comment period will be closed on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
