COVAR, the Council of Villa Associations and Regimes, will be holding a meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the OysterCatcher Community Center from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

COVAR consists of 41 villa associations and regimes in the Town of Seabrook. Its purposes are to provide a regular forum for villa property owners to share and discuss common concerns, to collaborate with SIPOA ( Seabrook Island Property Owners Association) and to provide a single voice for villa property owners.
We are pleased to announce that we will have two guest speakers to discuss rental property on Seabrook Island, both from a property management point of view, as well as a real estate perspective.
Nancy Buck, CEO of Coastal Getaways, will be speaking about her management approach for the many rentals her company represents on Seabrook Island. We will also be having a representative from Pam Harrington Real Estate, who will lend their experience about purchasing in the rental market.
