The following cancellations and changes due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak have been reported to Tidelines:
-Beginning, March 23, Harris Teeter at Freshfields will offer senior hours for individuals 60 years and older every Monday and Thursday from 6 am – 7 am. Senior discounts will only be applied on Thursday, as usual.
Patrons should designate one person in your party to grocery shop alone to help limit the number of shoppers in the store. Current hours of operation are from 7 am – 8 pm daily.
-Effective Monday, March 23, all operations at The Sanctuary will be temporarily closed with plans to reopen on April 6. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as beach access at The Sanctuary, will be temporarily closed and The Sanctuary Spa is closed until further notice.

-All SINHG Trips through April 15 have been canceled, as well as the April Evening Program.
-The Town of Seabrook Island has canceled the shredding event scheduled for Friday, April 24.
-Event to Celebrate Charleston’s 350th Anniversary with K-S Exchange scheduled for April 1 is canceled.
–Holy Spirit Catholic Church has canceled all services and activities effective 12:00 pm, March 17, through the end of day on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
–Respite Care Charleston has suspended all in-person programs and activities effective immediately.
-The Charleston Coastal Choir concert for March 27 is canceled.
–Insure Seabrook 101 Seminar scheduled for Monday, March 23, are canceled.
–Chili Cook-Off scheduled for Saturday, March 21, is canceled. The Gorski and Friends Challenge is still continuing.
–The Lowcountry Boilers have canceled their performance and fundraiser at The Lake House scheduled for Friday, March 27.
