Charleston County Environmental Management wants to remind the community about how to manage yard waste. They have had issues with contamination in the yard waste that is going into the landfill. Please remember that only organic material, such as leaves, branches, mulch, etc is allowed in the yard debris piles. Compostable yard waste bags are acceptable.
