The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association wants to remind everyone that no signs, political or otherwise, are allowed on Seabrook Island.
In addition, any flag must meet the requirements of the Policies and Procedures §II.C.6.g. Flags:
- A maximum of two flags is allowed per residence; Flags shall not be flown from windows, trees, bushes, or poles; Flags mounted on a residential building can be no larger than 4′ x 6′ and mounted on a bracketed staff no longer than 6′; Freestanding flagpoles shall be used only for display of the US flag ( which can be no larger than 4′ x 6′ – flagpole specifications can be found in the Policies and Procedures)
