December Semi-Private Series at The Lake House

 RideSBI is back…

The Lake House is excited to offer RideSBI as a Semi-Private Series beginning in December.

Come join instructor Sarah Mae for the ride of your life!  This 8-week semi-private series will start at 8:30 am on Saturday, December 5, 2020.  Space is limited, so sign up now to reserve your spot.  The class will be held socially distanced and outside at The Lake House.

What is Spin? Spinning is a group exercise class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular, and recovery training while on a stationary bike.  Sarah Mae brings her passion for running to each class with a mix of high-intensity endurance and cardio driven rides.

New to spin class?  No problem, the great thing about Spin is that you can enjoy the energy of a group class while tailoring the experience to your individual fitness level and goals.  Each rider controls his or her own RPM and resistance.

Start Date: Saturday, December 5, 2020 (last day to sign up is Friday, December 4) Time: 8:30 am Cost: $80

What to bring: Towel and water.  Since we will be spinning outside, a jacket or sweatshirt that you can easily take off once you get warmed up is suggested.

Move Better Fitness Semi-Private Class

December Session – Are you ready to move with more confidence and stability?

It’s time to gain that extra step by challenging and improving your core, posture, and balance through functional exercises.

Functional movements are essential components in all stages of life. Providing confidence and greater performance in all activities in one’s daily life while helping to prevent injury is the focus of this workshop. Everyday activities such as lifting groceries, being able to sit and stand, and even moving flower pots, take strength and balance.  Moving better is fitness itself!

When: 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/23, 12/30 (Wednesdays) Time: 12:05 pm Location: The Lake House Cost: $60 (includes 5 classes listed above)
