
The Lake House Fitness Schedule Update
Core & More at 8:15 am on Wednesdays will be suspended beginning in March. Core & More at 8:15 am on Fridays will remain as scheduled.
Beginning Wednesday, March 3, 2021, The Lake House will be offering a new fitness class taught by Michelle Peterson.
Tone & Tighten
Wednesdays at 8:15 am
Start the class off strong by firing up your glutes with lower body strength movements. You can focus on tightening and strengthening your core with a combination of standing and floor core exercises. Finish off the class with a well-deserved 15-minute stretch to lengthen muscles and prevent injury.
Tone & Tighten on Wednesdays at 8:15 am is considered as part of the regular Fitness Class schedule and is included in the Monthly Class Pass offerings. Reserve your spot in Tone & Tighten at sipoa.org.
