Join Patti Romano and Kayleigh Breaux for this continuing eight week semi-private bootcamp to get your beach body back!

When:               May 24 – July 16, 2021 (3 workouts per week for 8 weeks)

Time:                8:30 am – 9:30 am on  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 

Location:           Outside The Lake House

Cost:                $240 for the series ($10 per workout)

This cardio-based strength program will help burn the COVID pounds away while increasing strength and energy and improving balance and mobility.

Join Patti Romano and Kayleigh Breaux for this continuing 8-week semi-private bootcamp to get your beach body back!

When:               May 24 – July 16, 2021 (3 workouts per week for 8 weeks)

Time:                10:00 am – 11:00 am on  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 

Location:           Zoom Workouts

Cost: $240 for the series ($10 per workout)

Please note, space in Semi-Private classes is limited to a maximum of 9 participants. Preregistration is required and includes 3 workouts per week for 8 weeks. Semi-private classes are not included in the monthly class pass, and the fees will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account. No drop-ins or refunds. Semi-private classes and workshops are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.
