Have you seen these new signs warning everyone about the danger that alligators can pose? Please read the sign carefully and understand that alligators can attack if they are looking for food, are females protecting their young, or are males looking for a mate. They can lunge at prey, whether it is human or animal, a few feet from the water’s edge.
Be aware – stay safe.
