Indoor/Outdoor Pools

The Outdoor Pool hours:
– Monday through Friday from 9:15 am to sunset
– Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to sunset.

Fitness Classes

The monthly schedule for fitness and recreation classes is available on the SIPOA website, click here to view it. This does not include the semi-private classes.

Semi-Private Series

Sign up now for the following Semi-Private classes. Please note, Semi-Private classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Pre-registration is required. There are no drop-ins or refunds. Semi-private classes are not included in the monthly class pass, and the entire class will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account at the time of registration. Semi-private classes are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.

Chair Yoga Semi-Private Series – This is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits include improved flexibility, better concentration, increased strength, a boost to your mood, and reduced stress and joint strain.
-Wednesdays at 2:30 pm from June 1 – June 29. $75 for the series.
-This series is taught by Natasha Stevens.

Yin Yoga Semi-Private Series – This class is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga where the legs, hips, and lower back are the main benefits. Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative style of yoga.
-Tuesdays at 5:15 pm from June 7 – June 28. $60 for the series.
-This series is taught by Natasha Steven

Kripalu Yoga Semi-Private Series – Linking Breathing with Movement. This class will include learning various breathing techniques and postures, both standing and on the mat, and end with relaxation. This class is perfect for beginners but is also an opportunity for any level to take a step back and rediscover the foundation of their practice.
-Thursdays June 9 – June 30, at 4:00 pm. $60 for the series.
-This series is taught by Emmy Marquardt.

Yoga Nidra & Vision Board Workshop – This workshop will begin with some gentle yogic stretching to release tension in the body, a short meditation before moving into creating a vision board, and end with a deep guided meditation called Yoga Nidra. No prior yoga experience is required. Since you will be lying still on the ground and the body naturally cools while still, participants will need to bring enough blankets and pillows to create a comfortable place.
-Thursday, May 26, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. $24 for the workshop.
-This workshop is taught by Emmy Marquardt.

RIDESBI Semi-Private Series – Spinning is a group exercise class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular, and recovery training while on a stationary bike. Enjoy the energy of a group class while tailoring the experience to your individual fitness level and goals. Bring a towel and water.
– Saturdays at 8:30 am from June 4 to June 25. $40 for this series.
– This series is taught by Sarah Mae Yuncker.
