  • 9th Annual Ladybug Day ◊ July 30
    Magnolia Plantation & Gardens’ Annual Ladybug Day is back and will be held on Saturday, July 30 from 10:00 am to 2:00pm! There will be a variety of vendors including Charleston Jump Castles, face painting with Melissa Norwood, music by Charleston Hot Shots, and many more!

  • Junior Historian Summer Camp July 18-22
    Middleton Place will immerse young people in South Carolina history by introducing them to one of America’s Founding Families and to the daily activities of a working Low Country rice plantation. The summer camp is filled with hands-on activities and demonstrations, and personalized tours and programs specially prepared by the professional staff at Middleton Place. The fun and educational programs will provide valuable real-life experience and will inspire the next generation with an interest in history, social studies, science, and art.

  • Kids Day at the Garden Market July 23
    Bring the kids out from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for a fun summer Saturday of planting, crafts, and even a scavenger hunt. The event is free and open to the public. General admission to Middleton Place is not required.
