SIPOA Hurricane Ian Update Sep 28

The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association has sent the following information about Hurricane Ian:

Anticipated Roadway Flooding

On Friday (9/30/22) we are expecting significant flooding from Hurricane Ian.

High tide will be at noon on Friday and we anticipate there will be roadway flooding at the intersection of Seabrook Island Road and Baywood / Little Creek. As you may know, this intersection can experience flooding with significant rain during high tides. Security is planning to set up cones to deter traffic from this area.

There may be other areas with standing water during this time. Please plan accordingly and avoid driving through standing water on roadways. To access information on our Flood Education Programclick here.
