SIPOA is hosting a second Renew 50 Informational Session for Seabrook Island Property Owners who are unable to attend the first session due to maxed out capacity, with well over 150 seats RSVPed for. We have scheduled another session on Monday, February 20 at 3:30 pm in Live Oak Hall at The Lake House. During this time, Property Owners will hear from representatives of the SIPOA Board who have been working on longer-term facilities planning to meet growing needs and demands. They will be joined by representatives from Thomas & Denzinger to share architectural concepts along with other members of the Renew 50 Facilities Planning Team. Time to answer Property Owner questions will also be included.
Please RSVP to communications@sipoa.org if you would like to attend. If you were previously on the waitlist, you have already received an email confirming your seat for the second informational session. As of this morning, 40 seats have been reserved of the 150 available.
A Renew 50 video and other materials will also be posted on the SIPOA website as follow-up for those who cannot attend in person.
