SIPOA Is Asking For Your Vote

Please Cast Your Vote Today!

Voting for the 2025 SIPOA Annual Meeting started on January 16, 2025. Proxy Forms must be submitted by 8:00 am on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Late forms are invalid.

Remember, the Seabrook Island Club’s voting process is also in session, so you will have two voting packages to complete. We strongly encourage your participation in both processes.

There are 2,751 properties within SIPOA for which eligible votes may be cast. To constitute a quorum, 900 votes must be represented at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy.

We have not reached a quorum yet. Your vote may not be recorded if you have started the voting process but have not completed all the steps.

Property Owners who have not voted, and those who have started the voting process but did not complete the voting process, received another email from Association Voting on Tuesday, January 28 at 5:00 pm.

*If you continue to receive emails from Association Voting, you did not complete the voting process from SIPOA. You may have omitted electronically signing. See the steps below.

*Since only one person per property owned can vote, someone else in your household may have received the email. If no one in your household received the voting packet that SIPOA sent on Thursday, January 16, please follow these essential steps:

Please complete the following steps below to ensure your vote is counted:

  1. Sign in to the voting site using the credentials you received in the voting email from vote.associationvoting.com/sipoa/.
  2. Proceed to the Proxy Appointment Form (see definition below).
  3. Appoint your Proxy Holder and proceed to the voting page.

Online Voting Page:

  • Mark your choices on the voting page.
  • Click the green button at the bottom of the voting page once you have made your selections.
  • Confirm your choices on the next page.

Confirm your Selections:

  • Verify Selections: Scroll down to ensure all your choices are correct.
  • Make Changes: Click “Change My Vote” only if you need to adjust.
  • Finalize Vote: If all is correct, sign and click “Cast My Vote”. (see below)

If you do not electronically sign and click “Cast My Vote”, your votes will not be recorded.

What is the Proxy Appointment Form?

  • The Proxy Appointment Form is where SIPOA Property Owners in Good Standing cast their vote(s) (one for each property owned).
  • The Form allows you to choose a Proxy Holder who will cast your vote as you direct.
  • Submitting the Form allows your vote(s) to be counted and helps establish a quorum for the Annual Meeting.
  • Submit the Form even if you plan to attend the meeting in person.

Remember, you must select a Proxy Holder to proceed to the voting page. Your votes are YOUR votes. The Proxy Holder will cast your vote as you direct on the voting page.
