Residents have received or will receive mail from AirMedCare with an envelope legend “Official Notification on Behalf of the Town of Seabrook Island”. This mailing is not an official notification by the Town. Rather, it is a mailing of marketing material by AirMedCare as a follow-on to the agreement entered with the Town this year to provide residents certain limited AirMedCare air ambulance transport benefits. The mailing is primarily directed to the opportunity for residents to obtain expanded benefits as contemplated by the Town’s agreement with AirMedCare Network. The Town regrets any confusion attributable to this mailing.
