The Fire Department has notified SIPOA that they will be testing fire hydrants on Hidden Oaks Drive today.
This process occasionally stirs up sediment, resulting in brown water coming from faucets. SIUC advises that if residents notice brown water, to run the faucet until the water runs clear.
