SIPOA sent letters to all property owners on January 5, advising of the new ABDI gate access system, providing instructions for the initial sign in, and providing a unique user name, password, and verbal security code for owner identification when speaking with the gate house. Please complete your initial sign in and add any guests/visitors that are in the old CapSure gate access database to ensure a smooth gate entry for your guests. Thanks.
