As spring arrives, it’s time to review water safety and survival skills, not just for ourselves but for our children, grandchildren, and guests. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by water in swimming pools, lakes, rivers, creeks and the ocean. Because there are risks associated with coastal living, we need to be prepared to avoid drownings and other water related incidents.
Please take a moment to read this recent article from the Post and Courier about how to minimize risks and keep kids and adults safe around water. It could save a life.
