SIPOA Needs Your Help!
The SIPOA Nominating Committee is seeking Property Owners who are interested in serving on Seabrook Island Property Owners Association Board of Directors or Nominating Committee.
For the 2023 SIPOA election, candidates are needed for four (4) three-year terms on the Board of Directors and two (2) two-year term positions on the Nominating Committee.
The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association is very fortunate in that it is an effective, well-managed, self-governed entity. Self-governance gives each owner an opportunity to participate in guiding the Association forward. SIPOA’s continued success is dependent on committed property owners who are willing to dedicate their time. We appreciate all individuals who volunteer to play a critical part in our community’s future.

Eligible candidates must have owned property on Seabrook Island for at least one year prior to the nomination (before October 1, 2021). Prior service on a SIPOA committee is encouraged, but not required.
