As a long-time visitor to Seabrook, but not a property owner, I’m not sure I understand what the new area will look like? Will that new “island” section become the end of Seabrook, once Cap’n Sam’s Inlet is closed off? Will we be walking out on that sand that used to be where the bicyclists rode on Kiawah in May? Thank you!
