 This month’s photographer, Andrew (Drew) Wise, relocated to the Lowcountry in 2009 with Sarah, his wife of 43 years. Both are from the Upstate; Drew having graduated from Clemson in 1969 and Sarah from Brenau College in Georgia. During a successful career in the precast/prestressed concrete industry (primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region of the country), Drew and Sarah raised three children, all of whom are now married and have given Drew and Sarah a total of six grandchildren. After spending most of their time away from South Carolina, they decided it was time to return to their home state. Drew has enjoyed photography for over 30 years as a way to interact with nature and the outdoors. Whether here at the Coast, visiting the Canadian Rockies, Maritimes, our great National Parks, or traveling overseas to Ireland; Drew’s camera is always close by. There will be a reception for Drew at the Lake House on Monday, October 5th from 5-7pm.
