Comcast reports that the repair window has been extended overnight.
Comcast is reporting a widespread service outage for many parts of Charleston County, including James Island, parts of West Ashley, Johns Island, Kiawah and Seabrook. The outage is due to a severed fiber connection in Charleston. The fiber is being repaired, and Comcast anticipates a restoration of service later tonight.
