COOKING WITH CHEF BOB WAGGONER
This was one of the many SINHG trips cancelled because of the storm. It’s been rescheduled and we now have a few openings. Bob Waggoner was Executive Chef at the Charleston Grill for 12 years, earning numerous accolades and nominated 4 times as ‘Best Chef in the Southeast’ by the James Beard Foundation. His cooking pedigree is extensive—he worked in France at a constellation of Michelin-rated restaurants before opening his own, Le Monte Cristo, in Burgundy. He was knighted with L’Odre du Merite Agricole’ from the French Government and has received numerous awards here in the United States. Recently he opened his own cooking school, located in a beautiful kitchen just off King Street. Despite his sophisticated background, Chef Bob’s classes are relaxed and casual. This class will consist of 3 courses with 3 wine pairings. Come enjoy cooking with Bob Waggoner!
