The Green Space Conservancy Needs Your Help!
Mark your calendars for Sunday, March 12th, 2017, for an evening of food, wine, auctions and entertainment at the Green Space Conservancy Gala. It is truly one of the most fun and exciting events on the island.
Each year we ask fellow Seabrookers to help their island by donating an item for the Conservancy Gala auctions. This year we’d like you to think about unique experiences you could offer. Do you have a villa on the island or condo downtown you would be willing to donate?
Do you own a vacation property in some glorious location you would be willing to part with for a week? Are you a pilot or a captain? Boating excursions (fishing and leisure) are splendid ideas and a helicopter, airplane or hot air balloon ride would be divine. Would any gourmet home chefs be willing to host an elegant or fun-themed dinner party at their home, or cater a party at someone else’s home? Are you a supporter of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra or other performing arts group and would be able to donate a pair of seasons tickets? Tickets to special events in Charleston are always a big hit – think Bacon and Bourbon, Spoleto Festival, carriage tours and water cruises – to name a few. The sky’s really the limit!
Please start thinking about unique experiences you may be able to donate to the Gala and contact Jeri Finke at firstname.lastname@example.org. with your ideas today! Remember that all donations to the Green Space Conservancy are tax deductible.
