A. REVISED SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICIES AND COMMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE HERE:
https://sipoa.org/security-policy-documents/ At the special Board meeting on December 19, 2016, the Board passed a motion to do the following related to the revised Safety and Security Policies:
1. The Board adopted the last version of the Safety and Security Policies that incorporated changes relating to the comments received from Property Owners on the Public Comment site and to make that adopted version available to the Property Owners through a Tidelines post and a link to the document (below).
2. The Board agreed to make available to the Property Owners a summary sheet showing the comments that were expressly considered in the Executive Session following the Board meeting on December 12 via a Tidelines post and a link to the document (below).
3. The Board agreed to make available to the Property Owners a full listing of all of the comments received through the Public Comment email site (with the identification of all commentators redacted), along with the responses to those comments, through a Tidelines post and a link to the document (below).
