On the 9th of December, 10 eager and very hungry SINHG members ventured downtown to visit world-renowned chef, Bob Waggoner, at his spectacular cooking/dining venue. Below is a photo of the group and one taken with Chef Waggoner.

An array of high-end cooking stations and well-thought-out prep areas enhanced our entire experience.

Seared shrimp in a cream sauce served with penne was the 1st lesson. Filet mignon topped with a wine/beef stock reduction was our 2nd treat! Dessert—a puffed pastry with sliced pears and ice cream completed the feast!

All of this was served with appropriate wine pairings at a glorious table dressed with fine china and flowers—while the ebony, grand player-piano played on! What a fantastic experience! Feast your eyes and sign up for this unforgettable experience when offered again.
