Meet & Greet With Olgin and McKinney, May 2

Have you ever wondered about the people behind the news voices you hear on South Carolina Public Radio? What does it mean when you hear “South Carolina Public Radio’s Alexandra Olgin reports…” on an NPR broadcast? Are you curious about what it takes to deliver high-quality radio journalism in 2017?

Alex-and-Russ

Seabrook and Kiawah residents are cordially invited to join the ETV Endowment and South Carolina Public Radio for a special conversation and reception with Alexandra Olgin and Russ McKinney. Alexandra is based in Charleston and covers the Lowcountry. Dozens of her South Carolina reports have been broadcast nationally on NPR. Russ, host of State House Week and a part-time Lowcountry resident, is a news veteran with more than 30 years in radio journalism and public broadcasting.
