Cell Phone Photography
Improving your phone based Photographs
This Meeting will focus on cell phone camera capabilities and techniques you can use to improve your phone sourced pictures. The session will include tips on how to take advantage of the modern phone’s amazing convenience and capabilities with some added simple standard photography composition techniques applicable to your phone.
Our speaker, Bill Nelson moved to Seabrook Island 13 years ago with his wife Linda. Bill and Linda grew up in sunny California and have lived from Honolulu to London and Connecticut to Arizona. Bill worked in the computer industry for IBM for 44 years before retiring at the end of 2008.
Bill’s almost lifelong hobby in photography began at the age of 7 with a 35mm camera and separate light meter. While his first instinct is to approach photography from the technical point of view, modern technology has worn down his resistance to camera automation, particularly with the newer cell phone camera features.
