The post from the Lake House about the 4th of July celebration schedule incorrectly lists the Salute from the Shore as taking place on July 3. This is a flyby of F-16s and vintage World War II aircraft.
The flyby is actually going to be on Tuesday, July 4th. The 8th Annual Salute from the Shore will start at approximately 1:00 pm in Cherry Grove, SC, just north of Myrtle Beach. It is estimated to be at the Charleston Harbor around 1:16 pm, so just a minute or two later it should pass over Seabrook. The best place to see it will be from our beach. Again, the times are estimates, so you might want to go early.
