Deadline Approaching To Register for SINHG Fall Trips

Several of this fall’s SINHG expeditions still have openings for the curious and adventurous. The availabilities are for trips ranging from a backstage look at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, a tour of the Primate Protection Sanctuary in Somerville, and a visit to Sweetbay Hydroponic Farm near the Francis Marion National Forest. There are also openings to learn about a naturalist’s study of dragonflies and damselflies at St. Christopher Camp, a tour of Charleston’s historic St. Andrews Parish Church, and even a chance to learn about belly dancing right here on Seabrook Island with Charleston’s Middle Eastern dance troupe, Palmetto Oasis (This trip, as you might guess, for ladies only).

A full list of the fall trips for SINHG members, including availabilities, is posted at sinhg.org. The last day to register is September 4th. For those wishing to participate but who are not yet SINHG members, membership forms can also be found on the website.
