Reminder from the Architectural Review Committee

We currently have over 20 homes under construction across Seabrook Island. We’ve had some complaints that individuals are using dumpsters to get rid of debris and materials not related to the home’s construction.  Often contractors find it necessary to “dumpster dive” to retrieve a lost item or just get a couple of pieces of lumber and really don’t want to discover anything they didn’t put in there themselves. This is a gentle reminder that the dumpsters at these construction sites are paid for by the homeowners and are for the disposal of the site’s construction materials, not for use by the general public. Thank you.
