Born and raised in Lexington, SC, Catherine earned a BA degree at Wofford College in 1993 and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. In 2010, Templeton served as Secretary of Labor under former SC Governor Nikki Haley. She served as Director of DHEC from 2012-2015. Currently, she serves as President of Bramley Templeton, LLC.
