This fun filled class starts with active gentle stretches and builds to using free weights and resistance bands to strengthen and stabilize the body. A chair is used for both seated and standing sequences. The class is designed to accommodate a range of abilities and all are welcomed.
Cost is $40 for 4 Fridays (April 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th)
Please note, this series is a semi-private series and does not form part of the weekly classes at The Lake House. Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited to 10 participants. No drop ins.
