The Town of Seabrook Island will be having both a primary and general election in 2018. We will be electing many officers, including statewide and local; our Congressional Representative; and various county-wide and less-than-county-wide officers. We need Seabrookers to join our team of poll managers to ensure a seamless election process. The primary election will be held on June 12, 2018, with runoffs, if necessary, on June 26, 2018. The General Election will be held on November 6. For all elections, the polls are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. (Poll managers are expected to arrive at 6:00 am and leave at 7:30 pm. Breakfast is provided). Anybody who is interested should complete and send the form attached below to Election Headquarters. Volunteers will receive training and compensation. Being a poll manager is rewarding as you get to become an active participant in the democratic process and get to see all your Seabrook Island friends in one day. Historically, the Town of Seabrook Island has had very high voter turnout, so we need all the poll managers that we can get.
