Seabrook Island property owners are invited to attend the Council of Villa Associations and Regimes’ July meeting this Wed
nesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Lake House (Osprey I Room).
Meeting agenda items will include sub-committee reports on
- Drainage and Flooding
- Waterfront Association /Regime Committee
- Communications
President Lehman will provide updates on the new Town of Seabrook Island ordinance which requires owners of a Seabrook Island property offered for rental to publish a TOSI Business License number on any advertisement for the rental; Beachfront Management Reform Act (H. 4683); and SC Homeowner’s Association Act.
Meeting dates, times and topics for the remainder of 2018 will be finalized.
All Seabrookers are urged to participate in this meeting. Light refreshments will be served.
